30 days, no questions asked.

If Video Forge isn't what you need, we refund you. No interrogation, no support form to fill out, no comparison-shopping questions.

How to request a refund

Email hammad@barq.dev from the address you bought from. Include the license key if you have it. The reply is the same business day during US/EU working hours, and Stripe issues the refund to your original payment method (typically arrives in 5-10 business days).

What "refund" means for the license

When we issue the refund, your license is automatically deactivated. The app drops back to the free tier on your next license check (within 7 days). You keep any output files you already produced.

What we can't refund

Purchases older than 30 days. Stripe disputes that have already been escalated to your card issuer (those are handled by Stripe directly, not by us). And we'll politely decline obvious abuse patterns — e.g. buying, activating on a dozen devices through key sharing, then requesting a refund.

If you bought the wrong thing

Same flow. Email us. We can also issue partial refunds for edge cases — for example if you paid in a non-USD currency and the exchange rate moved against you significantly.
