What you buy

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Video Forge on up to five (5) devices that you personally control. The license is for the v0.x and v1.x release lines. Major paid upgrades (v2.0+, if any) may require a discounted upgrade purchase.

What you don't buy

You don't buy the source code, the right to redistribute, the right to resell, or the right to embed Video Forge inside another product you sell. The license is for personal and internal commercial use of the application itself.

What we don't promise

We don't promise the app is bug-free, free of crashes, or that it will run on every future OS version Apple and Microsoft ship. The 30-day refund window exists exactly because software ships with edges. After 30 days, your remedy is updating to a later version.

How we handle abuse

Each license activates on up to 5 devices. The 6th activation evicts the oldest (least-recently-used) device. Mass sharing of a single key across more than ~5 devices in active rotation is detectable, and we reserve the right to revoke licenses found to be shared broadly. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

Privacy & data

See the privacy policy. Short version: we store your purchase email and a list of devices that have activated your key. We don't track conversions, file names, or content. Your videos never reach our servers.

Jurisdiction

Pakistan law governs the contract. Disputes are resolved in Lahore. The 30-day refund overrides this for most reasonable cases.
